Ate at Sango! on September 1 before watching Despicable Me. I wanted a burger for dinner and since I've only heard of Sango! from Elda, I decided to got ahead and try it. It was really a different burger experience but not quite like my Army Navy fix (I still like that better).

I got the Master Cheeseburger Meal. It's made up of a large slice of tomato, a special meat sauce (which tastes so Japanese and gives it all the difference), chopped white onions (Steph had a hard time taking those out), Japanese mayo, mustard, cheese and finally, the 100% beef patty. The meal costs P245.00 including fries and soda (I upgraded the soda so I paid P265.00 for it). I don't remember if they carry coke or pepsi products coz I got the strawberry soda. Kari and Steph got the honey dew melon soda which were both refreshingly good. Sango's fries are long and fat; crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It tastes better when you dip it in the burger meat sauce instead of in catsup.
They have other burgers like teriyaki burger, master chili burger, chicken curry burger, menchi katsu burger, tonkatsu burger and the truly Japanese rice burgers, kimpura and yaki kimuchi. Fries, salads and rice meals are also available. I didn't get dessert but they do have sundaes and shakes.
The Sango! experience was different. As per Anne Curtis in Showtime, it was a breathe of fresh air *wink*
