I'm sure you've heard the news that due to the earth's constant movement around the orbit, it's now at a different position so the stars have changed accordingly. And because of this, a new star (or constellation, I'm not even sure) has emerged thus there is a 13th zodiac. People who believed in stars and signs and zodiacs were alarmed because their star sign have changed.
I understand how this can cause panic for them: imagine living all your life believing that your personality is molded by this particular star that you fall under due to your birth date. Imagine all the decisions made were all based from what your horoscope says. Imagine consulting with your zodiac before going out of the house to know if things will be safe. Imagine marrying the "right" person because your signs says you're a perfect match. Imagine having that zodiac sign tattooed to your arm because... well, just because.
But since it has changed and you have a different sign… now what? Does your personality change because of your new sign? Your old sign indicates that you're very feminine and timid but since it has changed does it mean you're new sign which says you're masculine and aggressive applies to you now? What happens when the thing you've relied on your whole life changes?

Good thing that the God I serve, the God that I believe in, the God that I consult for decisions in life and the God that molds me into the person that I am never changes.
His plans for me are unchangeable. Those promises He made at the beginning of creation for me still exists today. God's unchanging faithfulness guarantees me everlasting security.
So even if the earth's movement around the orbit changes I really don't need to panic because I know my God has already committed to my salvation, my spiritual growth and my eternal destiny. All I need to do is obey.
But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of His heart through all generations (Psalm 33:11).

The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God stands forever (Isaiah 40:8)
So even if the earth's movement around the orbit changes I really don't need to panic because I know my God has already committed to my salvation, my spiritual growth and my eternal destiny. All I need to do is obey.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13:8).
