Monday Club and the Random 24 Hour Episode

God sometimes takes you by surprise and inserts you in the lives of people you never thought you'd have a relationship with. Funny how when you look back just several weeks ago, you had a totally different schedule, lifestyle and set of friends.

Then all of a sudden you realize that you already started caring for people you never even knew existed and you fall in love with the friendship that's built.

You end up having unplanned sleepovers, movie dates, photo shoots, music videos, Monopoly Deal games, book review sessions, instant road trips and endless conversations about love, God, struggles in life and the grossest thing you've ever done.

And before you know it you're already planning the production of a travel show, new year's eve in NYC, cooking more pasta and helping each other put a check mark on your bucket lists. You start sharing goals. You start sharing dreams. You start sharing lives.

I am overwhelmed by the whole idea that nothing happens by chance and I know that God carefully selects to intertwine your experiences for a purpose. He divinely appoints people to meet and co-exist at a certain season of their lives because He wants them to learn from each other, help each other and grow together in faith and love.

So now I add two more people in my most valuable list. I am definitely looking forward to more shared Mondays and instagram moments with my new entourage.

Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken. (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12, NLT)
