I stop to ponder
How can this be?
How can a King, as mighty as He
A King, majestic and powerful
As perfect as He
Would take my place
And die for me?

I could not fathom
I could not understand
How such great love
Be placed upon my hand

I am not worthy
I am unclean
Yet He gave everything
To save me from sin

Why me?
