People will judge you.
As if they know every story, every hurt and every mistake that you have done. People will raise an eyebrow at you even when your intentions are good because people are like that. People will look down on you even without knowing exactly how much you know. Trust them anyway.

And talk behind you and gossip even without understanding what you’re going through because why the hell would they care? People will destroy you even when you’ve done nothing hurt them. Be compassionate to them anyway.

Those you love will betray you and turn away from even the happiest moments that you have. They will say things that speak life to you only to kill the life out of you in the end. People you love will disappoint and break promises. Be kind to them anyway.

But not all people will judge you and pull you down and hurt you and leave you. There are some, like you, who, despite the pain and betrayal, will continue to trust and love and stay. Do everything in your power to keep them. Because though not all people are the same, they all need the same thing: Love.
And you, my dear, are wired with an immense capacity to love because you are built in the image and likeness of Him, whose very nature is love. So love, anyway. Just love.
